The Event Editor

Select a recording profile in the Record Profile box.

Select a recording mode in the Record Mode box.

Click OK to close the dialog.

Click Store Changes.

A red disc in the Recording column in the Schedule Grid shows the event is marked for

recording.

Use the Schedule Grid to specify settings for the recording of an event

Do the following when you want to override the default settings or specify the name of the

asset created for a recording.
1.

Click the Recording column for a sequence or live event in the Schedule Grid:

iTX displays the Record Settings dialog.

2.

Do any of the following, as necessary.

Enter a name for the new asset in the Record Clip box.

Select a recording profile in the Record Profile box.

Select a recording mode in the Record Mode box.

Select Record Enable.

4.

Click OK to close the dialog.

A red disc in the Recording column shows the event is marked for recording.

Edit the recording properties for an event

After setting up a recording, you can change its properties through the Record Settings dialog.
1.

Do one of the following to display the Record Settings dialog.

Click the red disc in the Recording column for an event in the Schedule Grid.

Select an event in the Schedule Grid and click Record Settings on the Event Editor.

Change the settings as necessary and click OK to close the dialog.

The event is updated automatically if you display the Record Settings dialog from the

Recording column. You need to click Store Changes to update the event if you use the

Event Editor instead.

Monitor a recording

You can check a recording is taking place in the Record Settings dialog.

Do one of the following to display the Record Settings dialog.
