The Schedule Grid

Add a filter to the Schedule Grid

You can filter the Schedule Grid so that it displays only events that have a certain attribute in

common.

1.

Right-click the heading for the column you want to base the filter on:

The Filter On dialog appears, displaying a list of the attributes that are denoted in the

column:

Select the attribute you want to use as a filter; click OK to close the dialog.

The Schedule Grid displays only events with the selected attribute. The heading of the

column the filter is based on turns red:

You can toggle the filter on and off by clicking the column heading.

Note:

If you want the Schedule Grid to display secondary events when you define a filter that

contains a secondary-event entry, the Schedule Grid must be set up to include secondary

events.
