The CG application applies the fill to the characters in the text block.

Note:

For iTX to be able to play out text with a textured fill, the required image must be in the

location it is in when you create the CG.

Edit CG text

Once you have entered text in a CG text block, you can edit it and change its properties.
1.

Select a text block.

2.

Do one of the following to edit the wording.

Enter the new text in the edit box, below the workspace.

Click EDIT to open the text editor; enter the new text; click OK to close the text editor.

Change the font and alignment options for the text, if you want.

Apply a crawl to CG text

Crawling text moves from right to left in a text box before disappearing.
1.

Select a text block.

2.

Select a group number that is not given to any other object.

Select Crawl (the button indicator displays a green light).

In the Repeats box, enter the number of times you want iTX to play the crawl; 1 for once, 2

twice, etc. Enter 0 if you want iTX to repeat – or “loop” – the crawl while a CG event is on

air.

5.

If you want to offset the starting point of the crawl from the right edge of the text block,

drag the Crawl start position slider.
The number on the slider shows the amount of offset in pixels; the maximum number is

limited by the size of the text block.

6.

Set the speed of the crawl while the CG application is in the animation operating mode.
