Click Prepare.
iTX adds the sequence to the schedule immediately after the on-air event.

Click TAKE to start the news-flash sequence.
iTX re-inserts the interrupted event after the news-flash sequence. Depending on which
pop-up layout is selected, the new event may be either a manual event or an automatic
event.

If the re-inserted event features a video clip, check its in-point. Adjust this, if you want to,
by playing the clip in the preview window and using the Mark In button.
You may similarly adjust the out-point by using the Mark Out button.
6.
Click TAKE when you want to resume the interrupted event if is re-inserted as a manual
event.
Allow iTX to start the event if it is re-inserted as an automatic event.
Removing a news-flash sequence before it starts
After you insert a sequence from a News Flash pop-up layout, a Cancel button replaces the
Prepare button.
You may use the Cancel button to remove the sequence from the schedule before the
sequence starts. iTX then continues playing the on-air event without interruption.
Using the Sequence Control pop-up layout
The Sequence Control pop-up layout has two sequence-control buttons:

Clicking Sequence Start causes iTX to start playing the next sequence in the current
schedule.
•
Clicking Sequence End causes iTX to stop running a sequence (skipping any events in it that
are still to play out) and start playing out the next primary event in the schedule.
