8.13.2 Saving cross point [SAVE CROSS POINT]

You can save the current settings of video and audio channels into cross point memory.

Note:

Do not turn off the MSD while “NOW SAVING...” is displayed. Otherwise, setting data may be lost.

1. To save the cross point using menu:

▲▼keys: Select “SAVE CROSS POINT”.

↓ SET key ↑ ESC key: Cancels the setting and returns to the previous screen.

▲▼keys: Set the cross point memory name (20 to 7D of 9 ASCII

codes).
◄►keys: Moves the cursor to the next character (Up to 10
characters).

▲▼keys: Select the desired write method (CONTINUE, DELETE).

↓ SET key: Saves settings.

[CROSS POINT 1]
NOW SAVING...

Displays the message for 1 second before automatically returning to

the previous screen.

[PRESET MEMORY]
SAVE CROSS POINT

* If you select a memory number that is set to not control channels, you can select the write method.

“CONTINUE”: The settings will be kept.

“DELETE”: The settings will be overwritten.

(For settings to not control channels, see “8.13.3 Editing cross point”)

OUT 3 = Input channel 3
OUT 4 = Input channel 4
