Accessories

One power cable (1.8 m/ 5.9 feet), one RS-232C cable (1.8 m/ 5.9 feet), one set of brackets for

mounting rack,

Cable clamps: x n

n: 6 for MSD-5401 and 5401SL, 7 for MSD-5402 and 5402SL, 8 for MSD-5403, 9 for MSD-5404

*1 30 bits/ pixel (10 bit/ component) Deep Color is supported.

xvYCC, Lip Sync, 3D, ARC, and HEC are not supported. (Lip Sync: manually adjustable)

*2 For MSD-5402SL, resolution cannot be set for each output separately. OUT1 and OUT2 are output always with the same resolution.

*3 Extended distance depends on the connected device. The data above is the maximum distance obtained when IDK’s cable (AWG24)

was used and signals, 1080p 60Hz 24 bit/ pixel (8 bit/ component), were input and output. If you use other cables or for other

combinations of I/O devices, video signals may be unstable or may not be output even if it is within the distance range indicated

above.

*4 Pseudo seamless with a black frame or background color

*5 This function automatically recovers from a snow noise problem occurring when video signals having HDCP are displayed. It is

mainly for the time of start-up and does not work if the problem has already occurred in signals input to the MSD or due to a

low-grade transmission line.

*6 Connection reset function: Fixing problems automatically when a cable is repeatedly plugged in and out. This function may not be

enabled if another device is connected between the MSD and display device.

*7 Voltage resistance: Up to DC 48V / 50 mA for pins 2 to 21 and 27 to 46, DC 48V / 1A for pins 22 to 24 and 47 to 49. .

*8 Display device needs to support CEC. Some display device cannot be controlled by CEC from the MSD.
