8.14.7 Chattering reduction [CHATTERING FILTER]
If operation is unstable due to chattering* caused by switching contacts, set the chattering reduction time
longer.
▪ Chattering filter time: 0 to 300 ms.
[Default]: Push switch: 30 ms.
Rotary encoder: 0 m
* Chattering: Operation is unstable immediately after contacts of relays or switches are switched, and then
signals are turned on and off repeatedly.
1. To set the chattering reduction time using menu:

▲▼keys: Select “PARALLEL”.

▲▼keys: Select “CHATTERING FILTER”.
