TV (Tell Velocity)

DESCRIPTION:
The TV command returns the actual velocity in units of quadrature count/s. The value returned includes the
sign. This value is averaged over 256 servo cycles.
ARGUMENTS: TV XYZW or ABCDEFGH
USAGE:
OPERAND USAGE:
_TVn contains the value for the velocity where n is an axis letter.
EXAMPLES:
