5. Refer to the Data field to assess the specific data types requested from the service platform’s
temporary Web content cache:
Smart Caching Active Requests
Refer to the Active Requests screen to review individual client requests for local service platform
cached Web content. Additionally, the specific Web destination for each requesting client is
displayed along with requests for that Web destination content.
To review the client requests for service platform Web content:
1. Select the Statistics menu from the Web UI.
2. Select a Wireless Controller node from the left navigation pane.
3. Select Smart Caching and expand the menu to reveal its sub menu items
.
4. Select Active Requests.
Duration
Lists the duration period cached data (Web content) has been available on the service platform’s
local disk storage.
Total Audio (KB)
Displays the total amount audio data (in KB) currently residing locally on the service platform.
Cache Audio (KB)
Displays the total amount cached audio Web content (in KB) temporarily residing locally on the
service platform and available to requesting clients.
Total Image (KB)
Lists the total image size (in KB) available on the service platform for all data, whether cached from
the Web or other.
Cache Image (KB)
Displays the size of the image available exclusively to cached Web content on the service platform.
Total Text (KB)
Displays the total amount text data (in KB) currently residing locally on the service platform. Text
content utilizes the least amount of service platform storage.
Cache Text (KB)
Displays the total amount cached text content (in KB) temporarily residing locally on the service
platform and available to requesting clients.
Total Video (KB)
Displays the total amount video data (in KB) currently residing locally on the service platform.
Cache Video (KB)
Displays the total amount cached video Web content (in KB) temporarily residing locally on the
service platform and available to requesting clients.
Total Other
Displays the total amount miscellaneous data (in KB) currently residing locally on the service
platform.
Cache Other
Displays the total amount of miscellaneous cached content (in KB) temporarily residing locally on
the service platform and available to requesting clients.
Refresh
Select the Refresh button to update the screen’s statistics counters to their latest values
