Configuring the AIF interface (X1)

The "EMF2178IB CANopen" fieldbus module serves to use the AIF interface X1 of the
ECSxA... axis module as additional system bus interface.

If the "EMF2178IB CANopen" fieldbus module plugged on the AIF interface
X1 and the integrated CAN interface (X4, X14) are connected to the same
CAN network, you have to set different CAN addresses and different
identifiers for the interfaces.

Changes of the CAN baud rate, the node address and the identifiers for
PDOs are only accepted after a reset node (

191).

CAN baud rate

In order that communication can be established via the system bus, all nodes must use the
same baud rate for the data transmission.
