H9 ASD Optional Devices

The ASD may be equipped with several options which are used to expand the functionality of the ASD.

Table 23

lists the available options and their functions.

Used to flash the 9-series display module.

9-Series EOI Remote Mounting Kit

Hardware used to mount 9-series ASD EOI remotely.

ASD-TB1-SIM9

ASD Input/Output Signal Simulator

Used to simulate the ASD I/O monitor and control signals.

DEV002Z

DeviceNet Module

Allows the H9 ASD to communicate via DeviceNet with
other DeviceNet-supported equipment including a host
computer.

ETB003Z

Expansion I/O Board 1

Expands the Input/Output functionality of the H9 ASD.

ETB004Z

Expansion I/O Board 2

Expands the Input/Output functionality of the H9 ASD.

PDP002Z

ProfiBus DP Module

Allows the H9 ASD to communicate via ProfiBus with
other ProfiBus-supported equipment including a host
computer.

USB001Z

USB-to-Serial Converter

Allows for the USB port of a computer to be used as a
communications port for monitoring and controlling the
H9 ASD.

VEC007Z

PG Vector Feedback Board

Allows for the use of Vector Control using a sensor (for
use with a 5-volt encoder).

VEC004Z

PG Vector Feedback Board

Allows for the use of Vector Control using a sensor (for
use with a 12-volt encoder).

VEC005Z

PG Vector Feedback Board

Allows for the use of Vector Control using a sensor (for
use with a 15-volt encoder).

VEC006Z

PG Vector Feedback Board

Allows for the use of Vector Control using a sensor (for
use with a 24-volt encoder).
