To avoid malfunctions, wait for the +CMGW: <index> or +CMS ERROR: <err> response before issuing further
commands.
Send Message from Storage +CMSS
Execute command sends to the network a message which is already stored in the <memw> storage (see +CPMS)
at the location <index>.
Test command returns the OK result code.
