TeleType Writer #TTY
Set command enables or disables the TTY feature.
Read command returns whether the TTY function is currently enabled or not, in the format:
#TTY: <support>
Test command reports the supported range of values for <support>.

0 Disable TTY function Default: 0.
1 Enable TTY function.
