where:
<status> ‐ current status of the network service
0 ‐ not active
1 ‐ active
<classn> ‐ same as <class>
<time> ‐ it is returned only when <reason>=2 (“no reply”) and <cmd>=2.

Notes
When querying the status of a network service (<cmd>=2) the response line for 'not active' case (<status>=0) is
returned only if service is not active for any <class>.
