Parameters and Values
<mode>
0 Unlock the current cid available for LCS use.
1 Lock the specified cid to setup/release a control link for LCS use only.
<cid> PDP context identifier.
1‐5 Numeric parameter which specifies a particular PDP context definition.
Note: <cid> is mandatory if
<mode> is set to lock, otherwise omitted.
