In the Select Set Type dialog, select the type you want to create by clicking the name.
This opens the Analysis Set Template for that analysis set type. As you apply criteria
for an analysis set, the results appear in the gel or gels you specify in the Analysis Set
Template. This is helpful in that you can analyze data directly from the template
without saving the analysis set to the Analysis Set Manager.
See the following sections for information pertaining to each type of analysis set.
Editing and Deleting Analysis Sets
If you want to edit an analysis set that already exists, click on the button below the
Edit heading in the ASM and select Edit from the list. This opens the Analysis Set
template dialog with the current settings for the selected analysis set. Make any
necessary changes, including changing the name if you choose. Click Save when you
have finished making changes to the analysis set.
