Modify Keyframe

Note When the cursor is at a keyframe, the parameters of this keyframe will be
modified to the current values, When the cursor is between keyframes,
modify inserts a keyframe at the current position without adding any time.
Modify All applies current keyframe changes to all keyframes.
Delete Keyframe

Note When deleting a keyframe its duration is also deleted causing effect duration
to change.
