Ram Recorder Hard Disk Support
With software V693 the Ram Recorder hard disk will be supported. For
installing the hard disk and servicing, the Device Control menu is
extended.

Clear Hard Disk— Pressing this button reformats the internal hard drive. All
data on the drive will be lost . After reformatting is finished, the mainframe
performs a reset.
Check Hard Disk— Pressing this button allows you to manually check the file
system on the hard drive for consistency and the system tries to repair
inconsistent data. Use this function when there are problems accessing data
on the hard drive. After the check process, the mainframe performs a reset.
Note During normal operating mode the Clear Hard Disk and Check Hard Disk
buttons are locked. In order to unlock the buttons press MenuLock + User4
buttons simultaneously.
