5.2.3 Monitor Parameters

The following table describes the servo monitor data reported by the servo controller. Be sure
to look through these because they are basic parameters.

These monitor parameters can be used as reference from ladder logic and motion programs.

MECHATROLINK servo
status

IWxx01

b0:ALARM

Turns ON when an alarm is detected on the
Servopack. Reset the alarm by executing
the alarm reset (OWxx00 b6).

b1: WARNG

Turns ON when a warning is detected on
the Servopack. Reset the alarm by execut-
ing the alarm reset (OWxx00 b6).

b2: CMDRDY

Turns ON when the MECHATROLINK is
ready to receive the command.

b3: SVON

Turns ON when the servo turns ON.

b4: PON

Turns ON when the main power supply is
ON.

b5: MLOCK

Turns ON in machine lock status. Set the
machine lock by setting the OWxx2D b0.
