Configure the address prefix and
advertisement parameters of router. The
NO command cancels the address prefix
of routing advertisement.
(8) Configure static IPv6 neighbor Entries

ipv6 neighbor <ipv6-address>

Set static neighbor table entries, including
neighbor IPv6 address, MAC address and
two-layer port.
