get_read_addr()
This nonblocking function returns the address addr of a particular byte in a read transaction. It
is used in a slave test program as a helper function to return the address of a data byte in the
slave memory. If the corresponding index does not exist, then this function returns false,
otherwise it returns true.

Arguments
trans
The *_transaction record.
index
Array element number.
addr
Read address array
Returns
bit
Flag to indicate existence of data at index array
element number;
0 = nonexistent.
1 = exists.
