Use the following procedure to manually update the firmware on your phone from the
specified configuration server.

Step Action
1 Click on Advanced Settings->Firmware Update.
2 In the “File Name” field, enter the firmware file name (<phone model>.st) that you want to download
to your IP phone. For example, 53i.st (for a 6753i phone).
Note: This file name must match the actual name of the firmware file residing on your configuration
server.
IMPORTANT: The phones use the following naming convention for the .st files. See the following
table.
