Crash File Retrieval

Description
Specifies the server for which the phone sends the system and crash files
(server.cfg, local.cfg, and crash.cfg).
Format
IP address or qualified domain name.
Example:
tftp://0.0.0.0
ftp://username:password@hostname:port/path

Description
Enables and disables the ability to manually upload support information from
the IP Phone UI and Aastra Web UI.
IP Phone UI:
Options->Phone Status->Upload System Info
Aastra Web UI:
Status->System Information->Support Information
When this parameter is enabled, an “Upload System Info” option displays
on the IP Phone UI AND an <Upload> button displays on the System
Information page in the Aastra Web UI.
