[Function] Write the SCARA CP operation speed/linear movement axis speed specified in operand 1,
to the position number specified in operand 2. The unit of operand 1 is mm/sec.
(Note) If a negative value is written with a PVEL command, an alarm will generate when that
position is specified in a movement operation, etc. Exercise caution.
[Example 1] PVEL 100 10 Write speed 100 mm/s to position No. 10.
[Example 2] LET 1 100 Assign 100 to variable 1.
LET 2 10 Assign 10 to variable 2.
PVEL *1 *2 Write the content of variable 1 (speed 100 mm/s) to the
content of variable 2 (position 10).
