[Restore] Restoring databases

[Restore] is used to open the dialog window Restore databases:

Backup directory

Selection of a directory predefined in the Program administration that
contains the backed up databases.

Selection of a backup file.

Backup date

Shows the time at which the database was backed up. If the backup file is
located on a network drive, this information is not available.

Database name

Shows the name of the database. If the backup file is located on a net-
work drive, this information is not available.

Number of records

Shows the number of data sets in the database. If the backup file is loca-
ted on a network drive, this information is not available.

Size

Shows the size of the database in KB.

Save as

Name under which the database is to be restored.

[Start]

Start database recovery. After the start, a progress bar appears in the win-
dow. When the backup has been completed the dialog window closes
automatically.
