Description

IPv4 and IPv6 are disabled on the specified server and the CMC is unable to display the link to
launch iDRAC web interface.

Recommended
Response Action

Enable IPv4 or IPv6 for the specified server using the CMC command line or CMC Web GUI
interface, so that the link to launch iDRAC is displayed on the CMC Web interface. To enable
the NIC for DHCP using RACADM, enter "racadm setniccfg -m server-<slot number> -d" where
<slot number> is the server identifed in the message. To enable the NIC using the Web
interface, click Server Overview > select the identified server, go to Setup > select the Enable
IPv4 check box and/or the Enable IPv6 check box.
