7.7.4.8 Update Output Name
For each command format the symbol

represents a blank space.
The format is:
UO

output string
This command will assign a user-defined string to the output # designated unless
the output already has an IC/5-assigned name. The string can be no more than 10
characters long and must be comprised from the character set:
__ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ0123456789!#~-%&
The output string may be cleared by sending the UO command with the output
string left blank. The underscore is used to represent a blank space.

For each command format the symbol
