Set Up the Drive

1.

Adjust parameter settings and enter nameplate data.

Motor Tune Routines

Static Tune
This routine measures motor characteristics with the brake set (brake closed).

Rotate Tune
This routine gives better results if connected equipment allows. This routine
requires the mechanical brake to open and the motor be allowed to run at
minimum of 70% of nominal speed.

Inertia Tune
This routine measures the time to accelerate the system to the nominal speed.
