circuit's power supply
is turned ON.

Cause of the Problem Solution
A
One phase (L1, L2, or L3) of the main
circuit power supply is disconnected.
• Check power supply.
• Check wiring of the main
circuit power supply.
• Check MCCB, noise filter,
magnetic contactor.
B
There is one phase where the line
voltage is low.
Check power supply.
C Servo amplifier defective. Replace servo amplifier.
Note: A and B tend to occur in a servo amplifier with a capacity of 500 W or higher.
