+CMGL - List Messages

<tooa/toda> - type of number <oa/da>
129 - number in national format
145 - number in international format (contains the "+")
<length> - text length
<data> - TP-User-Data
Each message delivery confirm is represented in the format:
+CMGL: <index>,<stat>,<fo>,<mr>,,,<scts>,<dt>,<st>
where
<index> - message position in the storage
<stat> - message status
<fo> - first octet of the message PDU
<mr> - message reference number
<scts> - arrival time of the message to the SC
<dt> - sending time of the message
<st> - message status as coded in the PDU
Note: OK result code is sent at the end of the listing.
Note: If parameter is omitted the command returns the list of sms with “REC
UNREAD” status.
AT+CMGL?
Read command has the same effect as Execution command with parameter
omitted
AT+CMGL=?
Test command returns a list of supported <stat>s

AT+CMGL
[=<stat>]
Execution command reports the list of all the messages with status
value <stat> stored into <memr> message storage (<memr> is the
message storage for read and delete SMs as last settings of
command +CPMS).
The parameter type and the command output depend on the last
settings of command +CMGF (message format to be used)
