rows, the first for voice, the second for data, the
third for fax:

+CPWD - Change Facility Password SELINT 0 / 1

<oldpwd>,
<newpwd> Execution command changes the password for the facility lock function
defined by command Facility Lock +CLCK.
Parameters:
<fac> - facility
“SC” - SIM (PIN request)
“AB” - All barring services
“P2” - SIM PIN2
<oldpwd> - string type, it shall be the same as password specified for the
facility from the ME user interface or with command +CPWD.
<newpwd> - string type, it is the new password
Note: parameter <oldpwd> is the old password while <newpwd> is the new
one.
AT+CPWD=? Test command returns a list of pairs (<fac>,<pwdlength>) which presents
the available facilities and the maximum length of their password
(<pwdlength>)
