Execution command allows to perform a quick survey through the given
channels. The range of available channels depends on the last #BND
issue.
The result format is like command #CSURVC.
Parameters:
<chn> - channel number (arfcn)
Note: issuing AT#CSURVUC=<CR> is the same as issuing the command
AT#CSURVUC=0<CR>.
