<temp> - over temperature indicator
0 - the device temperature is in the working range
1 - the device temperature is out of the working range
Note: typical temperature working range is (-10°C..+55°C); anyway you are
strongly recommended to consult the “Hardware User Guide” to verify the
real temperature working range of your module
#QTEMP=? Test command reports supported range of values for parameter <mode>.
Note The device should not be operated out of its temperature working range,
elsewhere proper functioning of the device is not ensured.

[,<GPIO>]]]] Set command sets the behaviour of the module internal temperature
monitor.
Parameters:
<mod>
0 - sets the command parameters.
1 - triggers the measurement of the module internal temperature,
reporting the result in the format:
#TEMPMEAS: <level>,<value>
where:
<level> - threshold level
-2 - extreme temperature lower bound (see Note)
-1 - operating temperature lower bound (see Note)
0 - normal temperature
1 - operating temperature upper bound (see Note)
2 - extreme temperature upper bound (see Note)
<value> - actual temperature expressed in Celsius degrees.
Setting of the following optional parameters has meaning only if
<mod>=0
<urcmode> - URC presentation mode.
0 - it disables the presentation of the temperature monitor URC
1 - it enables the presentation of the temperature monitor URC, whenever
the module internal temperature reaches either operating or extreme
levels; the unsolicited message is in the format:
