<Lac> - Local Area Code for the currently registered on cell
<Ci> - Cell Id for the currently registered on cell
Note: <Lac> and <Ci> are reported only if <mode>=2 and the mobile is
registered on some network cell.
Note: issuing AT+CREG<CR> is the same as issuing the Read command.
Note: issuing AT+CREG=<CR> is the same as issuing the command
AT+CREG=0<CR>.
AT+CREG? Read command reports the <mode> and <stat> parameter values in the
format:
+CREG: <mode>,<stat>[,<Lac>,<Ci>]
Note: <Lac> and <Ci> are reported only if <mode>=2 and the mobile is
registered on some network cell.
AT+CREG=? Test command returns the range of supported <mode>
