<C1value> - C1 reselection parameter
<C2value> - C2 reselection parameter

AT#MONI=?

Test command reports the maximum number of cells, in a neighbour of the
serving cell excluding it, from which we can extract GSM-related
informations, along with the ordinal number of the current selected cell, in
the format:

#MONI: (<MaxCellNo>,<CellSet>)

where:
<MaxCellNo> - maximum number of cells, in a neighbour of the serving cell

and excluding it, from which we can extract GSM-related
informations. This value is always 6.

<CellSet> - the last setting done with command #MONI.

Execution command reports GSM-related information for
