The Tune Control Panel provides access to display individual mass peak scans by
selecting the check box next to the Mass. The measured intensity and resolution
are displayed. The Target Resolution is also displayed and can be modified.
Changing the Target Resolution will force an Auto Resolve. Decreasing the Target
Resolution narrows the peak, increasing the resolution and lowering the peak
percentage. Increasing the Target Resolution will widen the peak, decreasing the
resolution and increasing the peak percentage.
