Theta Mode –– This field selects the mode for the theta angle calculation
as

Absolute

Delta

Disabled

.

Nominal –– When you pick this field, the selected and configured build
reference tool stores the current position reference data, to be used during
inspection to compute the workpiece’s offset from the “nominal” position.

X Formula –– The

button is active only when the

X Mode

selection is

Absolute

or

Delta

. It accesses the formula entry keyboard,

which enables you to enter the “formula” that will acquire an X–axis
reference value for the build reference tool’s X–axis shift compensation
calculation.

Y Formula –– The

button is active only when the

Y Mode

selection is

. It accesses the formula entry keyboard,

which enables you to enter a “formula” that will acquire a Y–axis
reference value for the build reference tool’s Y–axis shift compensation
calculation.

Theta Formula –– The

entry keyboard, which enables you to enter a “formula” that will acquire a
theta angle value for the build reference tool’s rotation compensation
