Totals Detail Panel
When you pick Totals in the Results panel menu bar, the Totals detail panel
appears, as shown in Figure 10.20.

The items in this panel are described briefly as follows:
•
Inspection –– This shows the cumulative total of inspections since the
system was placed online.
•
Faults –– This shows the cumulative total of faults for the associated tool
set since the start of inspection operations.
•
Missed Trigs –– This shows the cumulative total of trigger signals that
the system detected, but could not process, since the start of inspection
operations.
•
Rate –– This shows the current rate of inspection cycles, in parts per
minute, based on the interval value.
•
Time –– This shows the time, in milliseconds, of the most recent
inspection cycle.
•
Interval –– This shows the time interval, in milliseconds, between the
start of the most recent inspection and the start of the previous inspection.
To pause the display updates, pick Pause in the menu bar; to exit the
display, pick Done .
