Filter –– This field provides access to the selection of the gage filter
function, which can remove small pixel groups that are considered
“noise” in an inspection application. The default setting is 1. For details
about this function, see Chapter 8, Thresholds, Filters, and Morphology.

Width –– This field provides access to the selection of the gage width.
The default setting is 1.

Nominal –– When you pick this field, the currently selected and
configured gage performs a test operation, and the resulting inspection
results data appear in this field. The type of results data depends on the
selected gage operation. The initial value is 0.

P&P Gage –– The

button activates the gage pick and place

function. For details about this function, see Chapter 5, Pick and Place

Threshold –– The

button accesses the threshold cursors. For

Morphology
