rows in the editor panel pertain to the first 16 of 248 composite addresses for
an Allen–Bradley PLC

 (programmable logic controller).

editor panel, and they have the following basic format:

Bit Number

Group (word) number

PLC Rack Address

O = Output from PLC; I = Input to PLC
