ErrorID Meaning
0 No Error
4377 File reading already in progress
4381 Motion aborted due to axis alarm.
4884 The specified cam file does not exist.
4885 Invalid header for the cam file. You must first populate
the TableType and DataSize in the Y_MS_CAM_STRUCT
before executing the function.
4886 The first (master) column must be either increasing or
decreasing. If the master data is incremental, even the
very first point cannot be zero.
4387 File reading already in progress
4895 Missing or unknown file extension
