Notes:
1) If Master Axis is being controlled, then the command position is
used. If not, then the feedback position is used.
2) With EngageMode.MasterRelative=TRUE, Y_CamIn automatically sets
‘CamMasterShift’ so that the ‘Cam Table Master Input’ is the start of the
table for the first cycle.
3) With EngageMode.SlaveRelative=TRUE, Y_CamIn computes an implicit
offset so that the slave’s command position starts at its current
commanded position.
