6.17.3.2

Relative TP positioning in the continuous measuring system

C3095/x = 11 or 21

ƒ

The first TP positioning to the provisional target position is executed the same way
as is the case with relative positioning in the continuous measuring system. The
same conditions apply (

193).

ƒ

Edge selection of TP input:

– C3095/x = 11: positive edge at input X6/DI3

– C3095/x = 21: negative edge at input X6/DI3

6.17.3.3

Relative TP positioning with absolute reference

C3095/x = 13 or 23

ƒ

The first TP positioning to the provisional target position is executed the same way
as is the case with relative positioning with absolute reference. The same conditions
apply (

194).

ƒ

Edge selection of TP input:

– C3095/x = 11: positive edge at input X6/DI3

– C3095/x = 21: negative edge at input X6/DI3

6.17.4

Continuous constant travel

C3095/x = 2

ƒ

The drive travels with constant speed according to the speed selection as long as the
profile is active.

ƒ

The target position selection is ignored.

ƒ

The positioning parameters (

^ 201) are defined in the positioning profile.

ƒ

Stop of the constant travel by aborting the profile by the control bit
Ctrl1.ProfEnable = 0 or, if "Direct Change" is active, by selecting another profile
number.

ƒ

The software limit positions are monitored when homing is executed and thus the
reference is known (status bit Stat1.HomePosAvailable = 1).

Preconditions

ƒ

No homing required!

ƒ

The 32−bit display area of

±(2

31

− 1) internal increments can be overtravelled without

stopping the drive if ...

– homing has not been executed before (status bit Stat1.HomePosAvailable = 0) or

– the software limit positions are deactivated (setting 0 units).

ƒ

When the range limit is overtravelled, the actual value jumps by 2

32

increments and

the warning 2423 ("OverflIntPos", position setpoint overflow) is displayed.
