Defining the window for standstill message
The standstill message is activated if the actual speed falls below a certain speed limit
value (independent of the direction of rotation). The limit value (C3017) and hysteresis
(C3018) can be set in the GDC parameter menu under Positioning
W Machine parameters.
Function sequence

If the current speed falls below the speed threshold (C3017), status bit Stat2.Nmin is
set to 1.

Only when the current speed exceeds the value of C3017 + C3018 again, status bit
Stat2.Nmin is reset to "0".
