6.19 Starting positioning profiles (ProfEnable, profile number)
There are two possibilities for starting positioning profiles via the higher−level control
(PLC):
1. Start via the control bit Ctrl1.ProfEnable
– Activation time until execution: up to 30 ms
– From Posi&Shaft V2.0 onwards: activation time 18 ... 24 ms (up to 6 ms variation
depending on the moment of transmission)
2. Start by selection of a new profile number (PNoSet_x) while the control bit
Ctrl1.ProfEnable is set to 1.
– Activation time until execution: 12 ... 18 ms (up to 6 ms variation depending on
the moment of transmission); (fastest option)

Note!
Ctrl1.ProfEnable must remain set to "1" until the target position has been
reached. The drive stops immediately if the control bit Ctrl1.ProfEnable is reset
to "0" during a running positioning profile.
