6.20 Setting the target position window (InTarget)
The C3034 target position window serves to set a window for the "Target position
reached" message. The entered target window is positioned around the target position
which is in the middle of it. The settings can be made in the GDC parameter menu under
Positioning
W Machine parameters.
ƒ The status message "Target reached" is set (status bit Stat1.InTarget = 1) as soon as
the actual position has reached the target window which is positioned around the
positioning target.
ƒ Only for constant travel modes (C3095 = 2 or 112):
The target position is defined as the position where standstill has been reached for the
first time when stopping. Then the target position window is set around this position
and the Stat1.InTarget status bit is set to "1" as long as the current position is within the
window.
