LEVEL5_ENABLED
Enable / disable the fifth threshold check. This value
is applicable only for Top N, Top Flow widgets. Default
is 0.

Limit value for the fifth percentage band. In case of
Top N, Top Flow widgets only three percentage band s
are available. This value is not applicable. Default is
0.

Category of the dashboard monitor. 0 - System
