Stratix GX to Stratix GX DC coupling only. Lets the receiver accept a 1.5-V PCML signal from a Stratix GX
transmitter buffer.

The Use equalizer control signal option enables dynamic equalization via the optional rx_equalizerctrl input
port. If this control signal is not used, you can set equalization in the MegaWizard Plug-In Manager via the Select
the equalizer control setting
. The valid values are 0 through 4, with 0 being off and 4 being the largest gain setting.

Available settings are High, Medium, and Low. High bandwidth allows for faster lock times and tracks higher
frequency jitter (based on the -3 db frequency of the PLL gain plot) on the input clock. Low bandwidth contains a
smaller pass band to filter out more high-frequency jitter, but has slower lock times.
