<mem1>: memory used to list, read and delete messages.
"SM" SMS message storage in SIM (default value)
"ME" SMS message storage in Flash
"SR" status report message storage (in SIM if the EF-SMR file
exists, otherwise in the ME non volatile memory)
"BM" CBM message storage (in volatile memory)
<mem2>: memory used to write and send messages
