PIM6 Shared Mode Commands
router pim6
This command enables IPv6 Protocol-Independent Multicast routing
globally on the router. Use the no form to disable PIM multicast routing.

This command enables IPv6 PIM-DM globally for the router. You also
need to enable IPv6 PIM-DM for each interface that will support
multicast routing using the
command, and make any changes
necessary to the multicast protocol parameters.

To use multicast routing, IGMP proxy can not enabled on any interface
command).

To use IPv6 multicast routing, MLD proxy cannot be enabled on any
interface of the device (see the
command).

This command enables IPv6 PIM-DM or PIM-SM on the specified interface.
